Should I join Globant - SAP Analyst (SSr) position - I have 3.6 years of experience and received these offers:

Globant: 42 LPA (Fixed)
Accenture & Capgemini (Consultant role): 38 LPA (Includes variable pay)

Looking for advice on choosing Globant since it offers higher fixed pay with no variable component. Any insights on the company's work culture and growth.

Advise on handling rates negotiations with BIPOC and non-male creators? I always want to accept first bid and get uncomfortable when my bosses push to undercut rates (especially now when money is tight), because there is a whole history of BIPOC and non-male people getting paid less. I’ve tried to push back but struggle to articulate this to them. (For the record, I’m POC female and my bosses are white males, and race/gender convos are already very difficult with them.)

What’s a typical salary for a Director of Operations in the NYC area?

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Graduated 2019, admitted late 2019, been practicing almost three years. First two in LT lit, then almost a year in transactional. Making $70k now working from 9:30-7:00.. almost non- stop. No time for lunch type of work dynamic. Daily tasks: Attend 1-2 closings and 1-2 signing contract with client . I don’t mind the work, just $70k is hard to sustained a living, any ideas on how I can transition to a better paying transactional practice area? 😐
