Wanted to check if anyone is facing offer release delays at HCL due to HR tool / system migration.
I was informed a couple of weeks back that offers might get delayed by 1–2 weeks because of internal HR system issues. Last week I was told the offer would be released soon, but it’s still pending.
Just wanted to know if this is a common situation currently or if others are seeing similar delays.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
