What is salary range of grade 10 job level in NTT Data India? Is it similar to senior manager role?

HR is saying their budget is 22 lac including variable.
Is it justified for grade 10 job level with 8 years of business analyst experience?

I am having 5.5 yoe Data engineering (Pyspark, hadoop, hive,flume, shell script, hdfs, mapreduce,sqoop , pipiline framework)

Cctc: 22.5 lpa
