Hi All whoever have tcs offer its just humble request think thousand times before joining as TATA IS TRUST is not true now.You should not trust them untill you recwive onboarding joining welcome email ao evwn though you have offer from them they dont consider it as valid.so if you another offwr please join that.i trusted them resigned and now they ruined my life.Tata Consultancy
Initially they delayed joining by a month so i joined another organization.after few days of joining they called me to join tcs i shown willingness i didnt put down my paper that time ,inbetween they said u need to give interview and post approvals they will onbord me so i lost hopes an suddenly i received coffee connect and onboarding email.so i resigned ans aftwr prejoining docs verification 1 day before joining they said offer is invalid and it was my lwd with organization no chances of revoking resignation.on ibegin it was not updated and height was when in such mentality pressure they took my 2 technical interviews for other project for more than 1hour i cleared that still on joining day hr said still she in in process of approvals and existing offer is invalid.so be cautious when accepting tcs offer when i visited office on joining day there were atleast 7 to 8 employees with same cause..if accepted tcs offer atleast take 1 other offer thwn go for reignation
This all happenned was due to miscommunication and misalignment in the system of tcs
