Offer in hand 15fixed with 10% variable
Doing offer negotiation with Oracle ltd for senior consultant role
They are offering 17.17lpa ( 16 fixed rest var)
I was expecting a bit more.
How much u guys think that I can push it for?
Also any idea how are yearly hikes in Oracle like i want to know the min % of hike. Oracle Accenture Deloitte EY PwC KPMG
