I’m currently working as a GCP Data Engineer with around 4+ years of experience. My last company was Capgemini, where I worked for about 5 months. I’m now serving notice period, with my last working day on Nov 21.

At present, I’m actively looking for new opportunities,but still not get calls,
My last CTC was 6 LPA, and I’m not sure how much I should expect in my next role my skill level is intermediate. I’m also facing some financial pressure, so I’m a bit anxious and unsure how to move.

What is the best way to gracefully exit a small firm where the senior partner is very high-profile, knows everyone, and is likely to be personally offended by my departure? This partner has also begun their term in a very public-facing and time-consuming position - 1 year term. I can’t do it anymore but I know it’s bad timing and I don’t want to burn this bridge. Help!

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.
