Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm. He also got an MBA, non drinker, non smoker, clean driving abstract and very polite. He gave out tons of cv in indeed job posters for the past 5 months, ends up becoming the filler candidate, took a huge toll in his mental health and we are going through some very rough patches. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I had applied for Post-Sale Machine Learning solutions Engineer. Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.

I m doing leet code problem solving practice since last two months to crack coding interview however I feel it is hard to solve medium and hard category problem most of time .
