Today I attended an interview with IBM,
Technical rounds went very well
In the managerial round with the project manager, she completely asked about data structures
Most of the questions said don't know

Any chance to get selected?

Initially she said the project is a retail client, if you are selected you need to attend a client interview after coming to IBM

Applying to Creative Agencies and it got me thinking-

Do recruiters or hiring managers care if you provide an "optional" cover letter? Do they even look at these?

Is it common to have the hiring manager interview “pre on site”? I cleared the initial recruiter call. What can I expect from this? RRK? It is for a non technical role

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.

I am getting a little impatient with a recruiter who feels like she has been ghosting me. I need to make another decision with a company by tomorrow but have not heard back from this other company since I’ve interviewed last Monday. I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
