I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I think a lot of the questions are fairly obvious. But something that comes to mind, since you were at the same place for so long, is to think about your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to all the latest technology. People could assume that your former office may not have kept up, so make your competence in that regard quite explicit.
Same boat here…position eliminated after 18 years. One question I’ve been asked that I wasn’t prepared for (at first) was “why do you think you were chosen to be let go instead of others.” You’ll need to come up with something that shuts down further questions without making the layoff seem to be about performance. It’s hard when you’re an EA and they still have the position at the company, but you were the one who was selected. It does seem personal in those cases, even though it was likely due to your long tenure. You were simply the most expensive.

Embrace AI. It’s a great resource to get you started on those questions. Be specific with your questions (please give me examples of questions I may be asked while interviewing for about senior executive assistant position in a law firm in California specializing in child custody? ). Remember it’s just another tool and it can give incorrect answers.
