I have completed all rounds even given my HR and submitted all documents but it’s 12 days now I haven’t received anything thing. I am an immediate joiner. My HR is telling there is some internal issues it will take time. If you have any other offers please go ahead. I don’t have any offer now I am screwed

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so I want to write something that won’t be overlooked. Any advice is appreciated:)

3rd interview in 4 months for 3 different positions. I heard I wait a year to apply again but I make it to onsite and don’t move on and apply again 3 weeks later. Is that bad? They keep calling back.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? If an otherwise good interview the interviewer says: “I think you have great experience that will help you wherever you go”. Should I be reading into this?
