Me! You don’t notice how much you were out of alignment until you get adjusted and your range of motion improves. Now I go mostly for my neck, but I had my ankle adjusted a few times after I had sprained it, and my jaw the year after I had had surgery
Went recently due to a strain from throwing a baseball. I went for Chiro + PT for ~8 weeks. They taught me a lot about maintaining good posture. My back hasn't felt this good in years. Will prob go back to Chiro every 6 weeks for maintenance.
Went consistently for a few months - severe headaches significantly improved/almost completely gone, improved sleep, people kept telling me my posture looked a lot better, and I felt taller
I went every week for 6 weeks and my hip popped back into place on the 6th visit. It was slightly out of alignment and I had been having lower back problems. Now I go every month or two. Also a big fan of those medical massages!
I go weekly and have been for a few months. It is amazing. You don’t want a 5 minute chiro visit, they should me doing massage and physical therapy type work with you. It’s also important to be doing postural exercises regularly to keep our backs and necks in a good position. Obviously I struggle with this which is why I go weekly. Highly recommend it though!
