Hi as of now kpit is released with an offer with 13% of increase in my current fixed salary. But kpit is telling me that once i resign from my current company they can re-release the offer letter to my expected salary.

Can I expect like they will do the same after i resign ?

Does the same happen there for everyone?

Is there any chance they can quote low after i resign?
