My scheduled joining with mastercard is on 5th Jan , Monday . Since Thursday(1 Jan) was a holiday , when does mastercard send out the onboarding details like reporting place , time and other stuff. Since today is Friday and Monday is joining , when can i expect it?

Considering that the end of this year will probably signal the start of a recession, is this a bad time to jump into a new role in Pharma?

What are your thoughts of switching jobs in the beginning of this recession? Would you stay if you had seniority? Current company’s a start up that has 18 months of run way but budgets are tight for next year. Acquired tons of sites and has 3000 employees. Thinking of leaving for smaller pharmas.

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

HR is asking me to expect something on top of the current offer I am holding.

The opening is for L8. How much offer I should expect from mastercard??

I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.

And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
