That's a good question... I think that this topic is super important (that's why I created this bowl. No matter what experience, skillet or niche. Soon or later you need to discuss devops and tools. Or your process will be broken like hell...
I believe the onus is on us to start posting content!
As ‘technicians’ we like to talk about tools and practices, but we need very strong soft skills when it comes to influencing others to follow those practices and use those tools. We can’t just treat it as a normal project rollout. It requires heavy duty change management and leadership chops. That exercises new muscles, requires new language, and can feel strange at first. What are your experiences with this?
