Agile program managers, I am looking to dedicate a few hours per day to growth. Would appreciate any great book, podcast, skill building recommendations on managing agile software dev programs, specifically working automotive user interface and design.

Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.

Also doing MBA part time at a T15 school. Thinking about switching to IB but I’ve done my research and I think I would burn out of IB in two years but I might be ok with that for the opportunities after.

Genuinely curious, not intending to be negative, after reading some posts from people at McKinsey, BCG, etc, what qualifications/backgrounds do you have and what do you do to earn $200k as associates?

Is it easy to transfer within Accenture, e.g. if you wanted to leave CEO & ES for another area?

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. What are the most useful online courses in the DevOps space that I could take? They don't necessarily need to be free, but if Pluralsight/Coursera/etc. has a better group of offerings than another, I could budget 1 subscription.
