I had a retain meeting today.. I asked for revised offer letter to get retained in CGI
Manger is saying. He will send a email looping directors saying retaining by so and so offered CTC,
BUT revised offer letter he will release in December end.

My LWD is 7th dec and DOJ in Wells Fargo is 9th dec

Anyone faced this issue CGI ??

What should I do any suggestions??

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Now with freshworks, last round is pending.
Let me know what would be better.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
