Not sure if this is the best place but I have my first round with JPM for quantitative research analyst but not sure what to expect. Can any one share any insights or pointers? Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. One of my friend has received an inquiry email from capgemini that it has been found that he is moonlighting. has anyone has received a similar email ? He is just working with capgemini only and is currently serving notice period and was expecting to leave by start of january 2023. Is capgemini harassing the guy ? I recently joined Capgemini at 13.5 LPA along with 1 lakh as joining bonus. It was a jump from 6.5 and I have 4 YOE with 2 yrs in React JS
Two questions that's been bothering me -

Did I settle for less as I can see people taking even bigger jumps with less experience?

My joining date was 15 September, so am I eligible for upcoming appraisal as the annual review is due by October 14 and I have just joined a project?

Please share your insights as I have looked for advice everywhere else.
