If an otherwise good interview the interviewer says: “I think you have great experience that will help you wherever you go”. Should I be reading into this?

Industry vets - in your experience how recession proof is insurance? I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. I was wanting to hit the job market towards the end of this year, but now I worry that if I do move companies, the recession could put me in position of last one hired first one fired. I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

However, I’ve worked some sales jobs in the past, and I had a hard time with the variability and staying positive bad times when nothing is sticking.

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.

I got 2 offers, 1 is hcl with 25 lpa (lead position) 2nd is Capgemini with 22 lpa. Which is better. Please help me.
