Hi everyone, i cleared all 3 rounds as part of Deloitte interview process, I am asked to complete PHT process via portal. What would be the next as part of hiring process. One doubt is if expected ctc is not within their budget, will they straight away reject my application without any negotiation or they first try to negotiate if my final offer is not meeting their budget then they reject ?

Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. 1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
