I know I will never be as good as other technical folks in this field but I know I can more than manage delivery and PM work. Do Managers/SMs in D&A typically have a strong data background? In the process of interviewing for a strategy/Corp dev position at an activewear/athleisure company and they want me to think of a couple tangential industries that may have companies for acquisition and do a write up. Looking for advice…I currently make $85k + 35% bonus. I’m interviewing for a job that I now know pays $70k + 15% bonus. Obviously that’s a steep cut. The only reasons I’m still interested are that it’s in crypto operations which I’d like to transition to, and it’s back on the east coast closer to family.
