I completed my HR round with Capgemini 20 days ago and am still waiting for the offer letter. HR mentioned it may take another 10 days.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation and eventually received the offer? I’ve had some bad experiences in the past where I cleared the HR round but never got the offer letter.

Any feedback would be helpful.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. I’m teaching summer school at a high school, and the co-principals have asked me to focus on only 2 to 3 chapters worth (what they are calling “2-3 standards” in the eight days of summer semesters. However, they are also asking me to give kids the midterm and/or final at the end of each period, which covers 4-5 chapters each semester. My question is this: “Is it legal by California Ed code for the administration to ask me to teach less than each entire semester, yet test each whole semester?”
