I wanted to know the salary structure because in my offer letter they have not mentioned Gratuity, medical insurance and the percentage or amount of performance bonus. So all these components are included in the Total compensation mentioned or they are above the compensation mentioned . Please take a look at ss. Thanks @EY

I just had one hr call with some company. In that she kind of scared me if I'm not happy with the figure she mentioned she would drop the further process now. I got afraid and agreed but now I don't want to agree to that figure and I want to negotiate more. How this can be done. What ever I'm expecting is as per market standards n expecting 50℅ hike as fixed component. How should I get this done? I checked with other employees and my expected figure is completely normal.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour.
