I just hit $200k NW and it’s been 7 months since I made my post (link below) about hitting $100k NW in Dec ‘21.
I’m just mind-blown since it took me 2.5 years to get the first $100k and it’s snowballed from there. I’ve gone from $82.5k TC to $238k TC plus a $20k appreciation on a house I bought at the beginning of the year
Can’t really talk about finances with friends/family so this is the only place I can share milestones like this haha…we’ll see if I can hit $300k by EOY

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

My candidature was dropped after HR round when I asked for 100% hike. I am 7yoe and currently earning 12LPA. My ask was according to the market std and they said they could only provide 50% hike(inclusive of 15% variable). I will try somewhere else. Don't want to join such loser company anyway. If they r doing such misery now I can imagine what the appraisal% would be!!
But u should take the offer and negotiate with another company.
You should never accept without negotiation.
Anyway get another offer and go back to this hr to negotiate.
Be very assured about yourself.
Very good then.... If you feel confident enough.. call her back and try to negotiate.
She won't just drop down the process coz you are negotiating. They have invested time to interview you n ol.
