I got selected for Tata consultancy services (tcs) on October 10th and submitted all my documents via the iBegin portal on October 15th. It's been over two weeks now, and I still haven't received my offer letter. I've tried reaching out to the HR team, but haven't received any updates.
Does anyone have any idea why there might be a delay or has anyone experienced something similar with TCS? Would appreciate any insights!

How are the technical rounds on a quotient of 1-10(1 being very less and 10 being extremely technical)?
Should I prepare for something specifically?

And what is the current package provided by Salesforce for the same position?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)
