Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? 2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
