Accenture: ₹16.5 LPA + 2.5 L Joining Bonus+ 3.5L variable (ML11 - Analyst, junior level)
PwC: ₹20 LPA fixed + bonus (Senior Associate)

I have 3.5 yrs PMO experience and recently transitioned into Data Science through courses and projects, but lack production experience.

Which role would be better for learning, growth, and handling responsibilities at this stage?
