CGI: ₹22 LPA fixed + 5% variable
Blue yonder (product based): ₹19 LPA fixed + 5% variable (excluding gratuity)

Which one is better to choose considering growth, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and job stability? Any insights from current or former employees would be helpful.

How can I merge FB and GA data? Some clients of mine believe that Facebook doesn't bring us results 'cause GA says so. The difference between the two of them is A LOT. Does anyone have tips/methods for staying on top of all the little things? I’m in litigation and it’s a constant struggle to make sure I have accurate and up to date ‘bring ups’ and that I float anf rename all my emails and get all my time in and update my partner etc. like I can maybe get 1 or 2 but I’m never on top of everything and it’s so hard!

My partner now accepts and understands I am just going to have some organised chaos but also I want to make this little shit work for me!

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. Acquaintance was switching insurance policies and flubbed the coverage dates and there were a few days where the vehicle was uninsured. No GAP insurance. I’m a first yr in NYC biglaw (2nd yr in Fall) — is 3.2k for one bedroom in BK (think downtown BK, carroll garden, Williamsburg) too much? Always have lived in manhattan so I’m not sure what reasonable rent for one bedroom in BK is.
