I have a offer from EY GDS during a Walk-in drive in Kolkata Location for Tech Lead position, Consulting.

Now, I also have another offer from an Insurance company for similar job role. Pay is more or less the same but GDS offer has very less clarity about project and all compared to the other one.

I am looking for guidance on the EY GDS process past NHO. And also some reality check on project allocation, bench policies and work mode.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.

I’m an account supervisor at a healthcare communications firm making 90K. Is this typical? Im up for review in 2023 and want to know what salary expectations are like for the next level of account director

Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.

Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.
Do I irreversibly shoot my career by joining and immediately going on LoA? I obviously haven’t mentioned it in the interview process. Or will this be forgotten a couple years in?

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.
