I have been feeling burnt out lately. I'm spending a lot of time on job hunting for any role that is a fit. I love writing; it's my calling and I cannot imagine doing anything else that doesn't involve writing. But I am wondering if it's worth being a content writer nowadays, especially with AI. Is there a future as a creative? How can a creative be competitive as a content writer and stay on top of the industry? How do you use AI to help writing copy?

Is it worth to move to a Value Engineering and GTM role in a product based company from Deals Strategy and Value creation role in a Big 4? Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

What do you do when there’s absolutely nothing going on at work? The projects I’m working on are all in production, and I’ve raised my hand several times about taking on new work, but there’s nothing right now. Don’t get me wrong, the down-time is nice…but I’m hungry to make stuff.
