How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. Finally left TCS last week and feel the most happiest person ever.TCS was my 4th organisation and I had joined TCS to settle for long term but after 1 year I realised this is the worst organisation one can be with.No first year hike for laterals, no support provided to hard working dedicated employees, only support and leaves are gifted to employees who do nothing and know nothing except dodging work and getting escalations from clients.Forced wfo, forced completion of useless trainings etc.

Hi guys I got an offer but I said 60 days instead of ninety.After giving 1st round I was confident and put down papers.3 weeks passed and I got offer letter on 4th week. He released offer with a Date but 4 days before my lwd.I told him I was sick and he said he will extend. But the problem is will there be issue because I saw someone's relieving letter of my company its mentioned the date we put down papers. Capgemini asked me to submit documents after clearing the interview rounds. I then had a discussion with HR regarding compensation.
During the call, HR mentioned that they do not have the budget matching my current salary and decided not to proceed with my candidature.
However, they were already aware of my current package before scheduling the interview rounds. Despite that, they conducted two rounds of interviews and moved forward in the process.
Later, they mentioned they could only offer a salary equivalent to what I was earning in my previous (last-to-last) company, which was significantly lower than my current compensation.
Exactly, same happened to me as well.
If withdrawing resignnation is an option then please dont stress and dont withdraw, just keep on applying someone or other will come.
If nothing you can withdraw 1-2 weeks before lwd
Do not rely on Capgemini offer alone, try hunting for other opportunities. The more you near to your LWD, the more desirable candidate you become for the other organizations, use that to your benefit, and once the Cagepmini respond, tell them to FO

see, there are many things, 1st is CTC range, next is 90d NP, and third is location. Company will give OL iff all 3 satisfies them...
I satisfy all 3 requirements still no callback from them after 1 month of clearing every round
