I have received an offer from jpmc bangalore. I just wanted clarify a doubt i had.
In the offer i dont see medical insurance and gratuity components in ctc structure.
But i do see a paragraph mentioned.
Is this provided separately and not part of the ctc.
I also see the performance bonus is separate.
This the hr had mentioned isn't part of ctc.
I also wanted to know the bonus given every year.
If so what is the usual %

Hi folks need help. I was given a retention bonus which I had to return. But my ex employer is not removing the returned part from my form 16 which means not only I have to return the whole amount but also pay tax for the retuned amount. Has anyone faces similar thing. Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
