Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? My client’s video was aired on television without a license. The video’s use does not fall within fair use. The production company removed the video from its website once they were informed in order to mitigate economic harm. Can my client bring an action? If so, what can he seek in monetary damages? Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
