I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I feel peeved that they wasted my time. Red flags?

I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. 2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
