I need some advice. Everyday, I get a minimum of 1 request for a coffee chat, resume review, blog article, video, tutoring or some other content creation or career search advice. Normally, I say yes, because I believe this stuff comes back around, but I'm getting burnt out. Especially, because once I asked for payment people are suddenly not interested and can do it themselves. As i don't have a specific niche, any advice how I can offer and sell these services and also get paid?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

13 years experience and no college education. Best way to go about earning my BA and taking the CFP?

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Any pointers on skills that are attractive in this realm for a startup? Would be mostly (if not all) federal defense contracting clients. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Looking for advice on career change. I’m a 45 year old single mom - I’ve been at my job for 18 years. I know I could be doing more. The job isn’t fulfilling and the workplace is rather toxic.
