I recently attended an interview with Citi for a Java Developer – Applications Development Programmer Analyst (Middleware) role and received a verbal confirmation from HR regarding my selection. The salary discussion is yet to happen, so I wanted to understand what compensation I can expect for this position.

For context, I currently earn 4.75 LPA and have around 3 years of experience.

Tax - can I remain on the manager level permanently? Do they start to give below rating year on year since you are an experienced manager now and it was expected out of you so measuring against new managers/peers would be difficult?

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
4- What would be ideal appraisal % I can expect considering team size is small and best performer in my current project.

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

For appraisal in jan, employees who joined after which month will be considered? I am joining citi in feb. Will i considered for next year appraisal cycle??
