I recently completed the final interview round for an AI-related role. The discussion was positive overall, but the interviewer mentioned they were looking for someone with more experience. I have not yet received an official update.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did it lead to a rejection, a hold, or consideration for another opportunity? Also, how long did it take to receive the final status?

Hi Fishes, I need your advice!

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
