I recently received an offer from Morgan Stanley and have a couple of questions regarding CTC and background verification:

1. How long does it usually take to complete the background verification process? I submitted my documents today.

2. I have been offered 35 (fixed) + 2 (PF) + 2 (joining bonus). With ~6 years of experience and a current fixed of 27, is this considered a good deal? I did try negotiating, but the offer remained unchanged. The position offered is Director P3.

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

With around 8 years experience in cybersecurity, and nearly 18 as the current package, what should be a fair demand for a Senior Manager Role in morgan stanley for mumbai location, 4 round of technical interviews went well. Will asking for something like 32 too much?
