Skilled in Selenium C#, Playwright JS/TS, and API testing (RestSharp, HttpClient).

I was moved to training/bench with no interviews.

Manager says I’m not project-ready; new manager avoids queries.

With ~400 on bench and projects needing 1+ year experience, I feel stuck.

1. How hard is switching now?
2. Can I move to dev roles?
3. Do Azure/Databricks certs help?

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Interview is in 2 hrs and I just don’t feel like doing it esp thinking if this is the work culture

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I’ll of course prep for the interviews but am afraid to burn potential bridges if I ultimately decline because I’m still figuring things out.

Work arrangement, benes, & title are similar to my current position, but they are offering $16k more than my current salary. I did just negotiate my raise in July, from 11% to 20%. I am very content with my current employer, but hubby thinks I need to bring this to HR. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
