Is it worth asking for a pay raise if you know you are leaving the firm soon? Coming up on my one year at a firm. I'm already significantly underpaid, however, they are a smallish firm (15-20 attorneys) and it's insurance work. I'm already on the hunt for a new job and plan to leave within 2-4 months. Is it worth trying to get them to squeeze out more if I know I plan to leave for way more money?

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
