So I just moved states. I’m staying with a parent for a while in a pretty large house and my cat keeps hiding for hours on end (I think to snooze). Any thoughts? She’s spent time with me and I walked around with her while she explores. And she’s ventured solo. Seemed she’s warming up well. Except this again. After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.

1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
