1Kosmos - 53.34 (48 Fixed + 5.34 Variable) Remote

First American Title - 49.4 (44 Fixed + 4.4 Variable + 1 joining bonus) Remote

GlobalLogic - 50 (50 Fixed + 1 joining bonus) Hybrid 3 days/week

I would love to get your honest feedback on the culture, actual daily work hours, and stability of these teams.

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
