Recently started a new gig (less than three months). Team is great but client is a nightmare, deadlines and workload are insane and unforgiving and the type of work is a dead end road creatively. Another recruiter reached out with a role that is closer to the kind of work I want to be doing - is it awful to jump ship so soon? The agency is great but in remote mode I don’t have any interactions outside my team. Recruiting agency is newer and less established. Advice?

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great!
