I’m currently working as an HRIS Data Analyst with 1.6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Focused on Reporting, Power BI .

I’m confused about career direction — should I continue growing more toward a Data Analyst or as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant/HRIS professional?

Also wanted to understand the current market demand and growth opportunities in both areas.

Hi sharks, I am currently working in automation testing role with skill set robot framework + python. I learnt selenium + java out of interest. Over all experience is 5 years. I am not getting interest in testing now. Wanted to switch career as data professional, data engineer to be precise (after doing some basic study). Is this a normal thing in Deloitte/Big4? What is the significance?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
