Hi everyone, I’m joining from Montreal, Canada. I’ve been a management and business strategy consultant, briefly changing my role as a product manager. Much of that experience comes from my stint outside of Canada, advising governments, large infrastructure companies and Fortune 500 corporations.

Since last year I’ve been tty g to get a full-time role, preferably in the English-speaking parts of Canada, but to no avail. Any advice will’s be welcome.

One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
