So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? My boss let a teammate go in 2 weeks with same NP who said that he had COVID and need a long break from work. He was actually switching job while he got COVID. Same story won't work for me. Thank you.
