Hi everyone, I’ve received an offer from Cognizant for 21 LPA as a Senior Associate. I have 6 years of experience as a Java Developer and my current CTC is 16 LPA. Just wanted to know — does Cognizant usually revise offers if we go with a counter offer? Is there any chance they might increase it up to 25 LPA or more? Any insights would be appreciated.

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. What can we do?? This isn't going to fix itself.
