Alternatively, is there a place where I can hire someone to recommend a SquareSpace template, gussy up said template with type and/or color tweaks to make it less template-y (no functionality changes needed), and then design a simple logo? Hi all, I was curious about companies that have their own in-house advertising. I’m in digital media, specifically, SEM and potentially looking to leave the agency side. Primarily due to low pay, and management issues. Given this, any company recs that have a solid foundation with digital media? Any advice from people who’ve been on both the agency and branded side?

I don’t understand summer hours. If you have to make up the hours you take off for summer hours earlier in the week, aren’t you working just as hard in a more condensed amount of time?

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately.
