I've received offers from both EY and Fractal Analytics for the position of data science. At EY, the role is Senior Consultant in Business Consulting PI, while at Fractal, it's a data scientist. The salary at Fractal is fixed at 18 lpa, whereas at EY, it's 17.5 lpa plus a 20% variable pay. YoE 5 years.
Which company should I consider? Please suggest.
