If you are a management consultant with no hard skills or focus area, what skills would you invest in now (during quarantine) to prep for layoffs or exit opps — in the COVID / post COVID economy?

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.
