I have 2 offers:
1. Deloitte USI - 8.3lpa + 10% var +1.5 lpa JB
Dept - AI & Data operations.

2. EY GDS - 11 lpa + 50k JB
Dept - TC_IN_GDS Big Data

I requested Deloitte usi to match offer of EY, she said she can increase JB to 3 lac but CTC she can't. When I refused D offer, she told to send EY offer yestrday but no reply yet.
Was moving with EY GDS a good decision?
Current - 4.75.

I can't stop myself from having 2-4 beers a night..atleast 3 nights a week..it used to be a LOT more beer and whiskey, but now that I'm living with my mom, I find myself making excuses to step out of the house and drink (sometimes alone)..makes me feel very guilty. I have tried early dinners to subdue the urge but it doesn't work. Tried excercising in the evenings but that just makes the urge stronger (reward mechanism). Don't know how to reduce/stop.
